  • Orders placed after cut-off times (e.g., 3 PM local time) will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • International Shipping: 7–15 business days (varies by destination)

  • RavenEdge is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied to international orders.

  • All additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.


6. Shipping Delays

While we aim to meet all estimated delivery times, RavenEdge is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Courier service interruptions

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs processing

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer


7. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

  • Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout.

  • RavenEdge is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • RavenEdge is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the courier.

  • If your tracking shows delivery but you have not received your package, please contact the courier directly.

  2. Provide photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging

  3. We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable
